Tiffany & Luis

Hotel: Coast Hotel
Wedding & Reception: The Reef, Long Beach

Tiffany & Luis got married at The Reef in Long Beach, CA. It was a beautiful day, awesome couple, great venue, photographically speaking, we couldn’t have asked for more. Personally speaking, we had so much fun shooting this wedding. It was a true pleasure. Tiffany works at MAC, and when she first said that I was trying to think of a way to work in a deal on a new ipod or something. Then, she tells me it’s a make-up company, I felt kind of dumb. Duh! Luis is an officer with the LAPD and he’s an all around really nice guy. He has such a kind demeanor. I really appreciate the work officers do (except the ones that give parking tickets…;) ). Anyway, moving right along…

Here are some of my favorite shots from their day. First, I just loved this cake topper.

I love this shoe shot.

This was a gift from Luis…

The gift…

Da boyz…

Tiffany was so easy to photograph. I think she had been practicing for a while, but it paid off!

This was a shot before the ceremony. Some folks were just hanging out. I like the way it turned out.

These guys were game for anything. They were a ton of fun!

This was literally in the middle of the highway. But, they had no fear about doing it, and me? I’ll do anything.

The first dance.

And I love this shot after the cake cutting.

Congrats to Tiffany and Luis. May they live long and proliferate.

Sneeky Peeky: Tiffany & Luis

I just wanted to share a sneeky-peeky image from Tiffany & Luis’s wedding at The Reef in Long Beach. The rest will be coming soon!

Congratulations to both of them! :)

Karen & Demetrios

Getting Ready: Renaissance Long Beach Hotel
Wedding: Assumption Greek Orthodox Church
Reception: Alamitos Bay Yacht Club
Caterer: Georges Greek Cafe
Officiant: John Roll

Karen and Demetrios, or ‘Jimmy’ as he is called, were just awesome people to work with. I hadn’t met them until the day of the wedding. But, through my phone conversations with Karen, I knew everything would be really great. They own Geroge’s Greek Cafe in Long Beach. Awesome food. Be sure to go there sometime if you’re in the area.

Here are some of my absolute favorite images from their day.

The shoes were killer.

Karen and her dad just before she walked down the isle.

‘Jimmy’ anticipating his bride.

A few portraits from the day.

The first dance.

Another portriat. After the first dance, we went up to the top of the Yacht Club. The sun was just perfect and we got some really great portraits.

I just loved the entire series of Jimmy taking off the garter. But, this one is my absolute favorite.

Karen told me several times during our phone conversations that there was a surprise, but I guess Jimmy was always there when we were talking so she couldn’t tell me. But, her and the girls put on leather jackets and sang Iron Maiden’s song, “Flight of Icarus”. It was awesome!

After that, there was dancing, mayhem, and line dancing…

Congratulations to both Karen and ‘Jimmy’!

Twitter…

Hi Tweet Peeps…in case you’re wondering what that means, check out Twitter.com. I’d love for you to add me as a new friend. I’ve been twittering for a little while and I just have fun with it. It’s a great way to keep up with people. I have my tweets go straight into my facebook status updates, so it makes it easy. My user name is jerry_frazier. It’s not real easy to find new people, you kind of have to know exactly the user name they use. So, now you have mine. So, add me :)  If your user name is something like “pretty pink kitty” or something, please send me an email or a note of some kind letting me know who you are, because I may not accept something like that (LOL), because, believe it or not, there is also spam on twitter; not a ton, but I do get some. But, I’d love to hear from you, and keep up with you.

Cheers,
Jerry
