…my old pasadena wedding…

i love old pasadena. and, it was a perfect day for a wedding there.

it is possible that this is the most wedding images i’ve ever shown on my blog from a single wedding. but, i’m sure you wont mind that.

getting ready was at the Marriot Courtyard in Pasadena.

ceremony was held at st philips catholic church

reception was at Cafe Santarini on Union St.

assisting me that day was Michael Andrews who shot the guys getting ready and provided alternate coverage throughout the day.

This shot was fun. We were done shooting in this little area, and this kid saw us walking by and yelled, “you look so beautiful” to the bride. So, she stopped and gave him a little kiss. :)

Torie & Justin

The wedding season has officially begun for me and Torie and Justin was the perfect wedding to start with. The weather forcast early in the week was calling for rain, but fortunately, the weatherman was wrong (no surprise there). We started out at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Pedro for the bride and groom prep. The wedding was held at the Japanese Gardens at CSULB. I love this place, not only because CSULB is my alma mater, but because it’s such a beautiful place to get married. Then afterward, the reception was back at the DoubleTree. Here are a few photos from Justin & Torie’s Wedding.

Torie sang “At Last” to Justin and just blew the place away. It was supposed to be their first dance song, but she decided to sing it instead. She should probably go try out for American Idol or something. Torie can SING!

Congrats to Torie & Justin. They are on their Honeymoon in Mexico right now! I hope they are having an awesome time, despite missing their flight out due to the time change. :(
