my birthday was pretty recent, in case anyone didn’t know. for some pleasurable reading about this, refer to this link: http://www.jerryfrazierphotography.com/blog/personal/april-7-2008/. What got me thinking about this, besides the fact that it’s probably the biggest event in the USA, maybe the world, is how much I love Amazon.com.

One thing that I’ve recently discovered is that you can order items on subscription. Now, normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, right? However, I discovered that you can order coffee, and have it delivered on whatever schedule you set. When I found that, it blew me away. No more waking up on a Saturday morning, and no coffee.
Sometimes life throws curve balls at you, and other times it just gently lobs golden apples into your hands.
Cheers,

The wedding season has officially begun for me and Torie and Justin was the perfect wedding to start with. The weather forcast early in the week was calling for rain, but fortunately, the weatherman was wrong (no surprise there). We started out at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Pedro for the bride and groom prep. The wedding was held at the Japanese Gardens at CSULB. I love this place, not only because CSULB is my alma mater, but because it’s such a beautiful place to get married. Then afterward, the reception was back at the DoubleTree. Here are a few photos from Justin & Torie’s Wedding.

Torie sang “At Last” to Justin and just blew the place away. It was supposed to be their first dance song, but she decided to sing it instead. She should probably go try out for American Idol or something. Torie can SING!

Congrats to Torie & Justin. They are on their Honeymoon in Mexico right now! I hope they are having an awesome time, despite missing their flight out due to the time change.
Cheers,

Today and yesterday, we went to visit the local pumpkin patch. I decided to do a slightly different take on it this year. I don’t have time at the moment to show all the images, but here’s one I wanted to leave you with. There will be more to come later.

I just wanted to share a sneeky-peeky image from Tiffany & Luis’s wedding at The Reef in Long Beach. The rest will be coming soon!
Congratulations to both of them!

Yesterday was a fun day. First, Joy spent the morning making these cupcakes for the party.

We stopped by our friends house, Heather and Scott, before heading to the party. Jemma was showing us her bike riding skills.

We got to Eric and Laura’s house for the birthday party. That’s Paige below.

Shortly after we got there the pinata came out.

Then, Chloe went first.

…and, she connects!

Onlookers…

This dude got a great shot in there…

Joy wanted to give it a shot…but, she didn’t break it.

Then, Jemma gave it a try, but she cheated…a little.

Finally, Andrew gave a killer blow.

…and, Chloe finished it off.

Then, she blew out the cupcake with help from Jemma.

Here are my favorites from Casey and Josh’s wedding.
Wedding: Bethany Lutheran Church, Long Beach, CA
Reception: Old Ranch Country Club, Seal Beach, CA

Josh’s first peek at his bride.

The girls were going crazy over Josh!
